Pillowcase Dress

I'm sure you've seen a lot of these dresses on sweet little girls. My sister-in-law has been making them for a while and has even launched her own venture which includes selling these adorable dresses. During her visit last weekend, she told me how to make them. So, I dug around in my drawer of fabric and found a cute piece of Christmas fabric. I sat down last night to give it a try and this is what I ended up with. It was exciting to accomplish something new. I was pleased that it was so simple, and that I was able to complete the dress from start to finish in about 1 1/2 hours.

You can check out my sis-in-law's pillowcase dresses by clicking here.
She also makes ribbon t-shirts which are adorable! Check them out here.

I looked at your sister-in-laws site. I LOVE the ribbon tees -might have to buy a couple for my nieces.

I got the black one with orange polka dot ribbon for C. Then I found some cute leggings at Target to go with it. Add the matching hairbow and its so cute. I'll have to send you a pic of her when she wears it.
