Welcome Ultimate Blog Partiers!!

Welcome to this southern girl's home. The weather is sunny and warm today - in the upper 60s. Come join us as we play outside today. My kiddos have their friends over playing in the back yard. Eat a grilled cheese sandwich with us and sip sweeeet iced tea.

This blog party thing sounds like so much fun and further reason to be addicted to my computer. Not only is the blog party thing new to me, I'm a brand new blogger. I just started my blog a week ago and I've loved discovering this whole new world (not to mention another excuse to avoid mopping the floor). Thank you for inviting me to your blogs. I love hearing other peoples' stories and their perspectives on life.

I'd like to introduce myself a little.
* I am a Christian woman who is so grateful for the salvation God provided for me. He has been faithful to me, and I praise Him for that.
* I am married to a pastor and have two children. My husband is a wonderful husband and great father. I am very grateful for Him.
* I home school my children. My son is a preschooler and my daughter is in Kindergarten.
*I am a was born in the Mid-west, but love living in the deep south!
*I love to cuddle with my hubby, laugh with my children, scrapbook, read, sing, hike, shop, do crafty things, go to the beach, feel the wind before a thunderstorm, talk on the phone and now, blog!
* We spend a lot of our summer on our boat at the lake. Our favorite water activities are wakeboarding and kneeboarding.
* It would be easy to go on and on about myself, but enough is enough.

I'm glad to get to meet you and I hope you enjoy yourself in this warm part of the country.

I was born in the Midwest and transplanted to the South as well. I wouldn't trade it for anything but I do miss my family in Missouri! It was nice to visit with you--I am new to blogging as well--only a month now! You have a lovely family!

Hi! I'm so glad you are blogging and we can keep in touch better. :) Happy party-ing! I'm sure I'll be knocking on your door down the road when it's time for us to start homeschooling our oldest.

Hi, I know Stephanie from w@h. I see her here. I homeschool 4 of my 6 children. It's a challenge and it's fun. I'm in FL where it's been quite warm. It's great to meet you! Blessings.

Welcome to blogging and to the party! Blogging is fun--and can be addicting, but it all works out when you think of the ultimate goal of it all
Peace!

Hello and it is so nice to meet you. I homeschooled one of my children and I enjoyed that. I think it made us a lot closer as well. You have a great looking family. Stop by my party this week if you get a chance.

I live in TN! I love meeting new bloggers from the south. I would assume from your post about the tornados that you must be in AL or GA??? My sister lives in AL and she was very scared. I really enjoy your blog. I am here from the blog party and I am glad I found you! Your family photo is too precious. I will be back for many visits. :)

It's freezing here too! I'm a Blog Party girl who is having a ball looking at all of the sites! I love the South but am happily trapped up here in the land of the Yanks. Drop by my blog anytime!

Hi Leah, I am glad to meet someone else from the deep south...as a matter of fact...we're neighbors. I live in the larger town on down the highway from you. My neice and her husband live in your town also. There has been lots of growth there lately. Wearn't Thursday's tornados a mess. We spent some of the day under warnings, too. This was NOT a good time. I'm a little older than you, but I'd love to have you stop by my blog and meet me. I attend Southside Baptist Church in my town. Nice to meet you. Blessings.

Thanks for the warm welcome. It's snowing here in China so I wouldn't mind some of that warm weather as well.
