About a week ago, I decided it was high time to lose a few pounds. So, I found a
website that helps me keep track of the foods I eat and counts calories
. I also started riding my bike every morning for exercise. Then, I found this blog that is
promoting weight loss
starting in the month of May. So, I kind of have a head start on everybody, but I'm in! Interested?
