This Morning

This was the view from our back porch early this morning:

And looking the other way:

This was our daughter a few minutes later when the storm hit and the thunder got really loud. She was too tired to get out of bed, but the thunder kept waking her up! I guess this was the only way she could get a few more winks!

These photos look blurry, because I uploaded them from the web (flickr). I am trying to figure out how to do this and am clueless. How do you do photos? Do you just upload from your computer or from someplace on the web? Help me, please. I need "blogging for dummies" help!

Thanks for the heads-up, Leah. Now I know what's heading our way this afternoon! I'm not happy about it, but I appreciate the warning.

(In answer to your question, I upload from my computer too. Even pics I get from the web, I usually save as a JPG on my PC before uploading.)

I use either Flickr or Photobucket for pics and haven't had any problems (but I use wordpress now and don't have the quick upload feature like blogger does).

Love those cloud pictures. :)

Storm season is here. The boys and I took cover in our closet Monday b/c the sirens went off. Love spring - hate the storms!

I download my pics from the camera straight to my computer (from my computer to blogger). Just like Kelley, if I am pulling a picture of the web, I right click on the image and save as picture in my picture file.

I guess this is my question: Will my blogger eventually run out of room for photos if I don't use a web host? If so, what are the steps for best results when I use the web host?
