Today is weigh in day over at
tales from the scales. This is actually week # 3 for my diet. (I had just started my diet when they announced this challenge. I was excited to find a form of motivation in blog land!) I lost 4 lbs the first week and 2 last week. This week has been harder, because we've gotten off schedule and I can't always control what is prepared for meals. But I'm hoping to lose at least 1 lb. this week. Want more info about how you can join us? Click on the May Challenge button.

Good job - you are doing wonderful!
Sometimes schedules do get in the way, but that is one of the things we need to learn to deal with I suppose. If I eat something I know is not good for me, I just have to tell myself I'll do better next time.
